The form asks a few short questions:

1. Name - So we know who is filling out the form 

2. Number of people attending- So we know how many people to expect in attendance. This number should include yourself as well as anyone coming with you. For example: if you and your significant other are attending, your answer would be 2.

3. Check boxes for each "event"- Please click the box next to each that you plan to attend.  Note: If you click "Cabin/Cottage Stay" you will need to select how many nights you are planning to stay (1-4). Information on dates we have blocked and pricing can be found on the Pricing tab of the website.

4. Notes box- write anything in here you think is relevant or just a sweet message to the happy couple...you decide!

5. Click the Send RSVP button!!! ALL DONE!!
